Palmer Annual Giving 2012

Our goals for this year were for 600 pledges and $2 million. We are over 90% of the way towards our financial goal, but are still only about 85% of the way towards our pledge goal.

On Sunday, January 22nd, Father Nutter presented an opportunity to our parish. In an effort to be transparent and better communicators about our financial status, he shared with us that even with very careful accounting by the Finance Committee, we were $150,000 short of where we need to be.

Because of this need, Father Nutter wanted an opportunity to come before the parish before the Finance Committee and the Vestry met to finalize a budget that would require some serious cuts.

This opportunity before us now is Every Opportunity. We want to give you, the people who love Palmer, Every Opportunity to show your support for the ministry and mission that happens here. We have asked those who are able to consider raising their pledge, and we are asking for new pledges as well. If you are fed here, led here or loved here, we ask that you fill out a pledge card.
